We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications); payment details (DOES NOT INCLUDE credit card information as we sell only through Payoneer or Amazon), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
SHIPPING:
Dried calabash is very similar to wood, delicate and fragile medium. Even we break them while drilling or crafting on them. Maybe we don't mind a broken calabash but it is a waste of time as well as art. So we like to make sure the lampshades are delivered safely in solid form as initially boxed. Below is how we box them. As our gourd lampshades are not small, they become a large box. This box will travel continents, change planes and go through customs.
RETURNS:
Our returns policy is simple and straight forward.
If you receive a damaged or broken lampshade, we will replace it for free including the shipping.
If you receive the lamp in good condition and promised but still not happy with it. We will accept the return but we will not refund you the shipping costs both ways.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
Unless you come and visit our workshop in Avsallar, Alanya, Turkey, there are only two ways that you can get a replica of a Rising Star gourd lamp. In either way, we don't ask, register and retain your card information.
The first way is to purchase through Amazon.com.
We are selected members of Amazon Handmade and each lamp is linked to our Amazon Handmade store. You simply click on the link and you will find yourself in Amazon. You can purchase with Amazon confidence.
Our prices here in our store includes shipping and a base to go with the lampshade. Our Amazon prices doesn't include shipping and a base. However, either here or on Amazon, the total cost of the lamps are the same.
The second way is to purchase through our store here.
If you feel like purchasing through our store here, you simply add the item to your cart and proceed check-out. However, we don't charge you immediately. Once we receive your order, we send you an invoice through Payoneer, a company trusted by Amazon and Google. The transaction is completed through Payoneer and once we receive confirmation from Payoneer, we make and ship your lamp.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We warranty a safe delivery.
If you receive a broken or a damaged product, we will make and ship a replica for you with no cost to yourselves
If you receive the lamp in good condition but don't like what you receive, than we are ready to take it back. No problem. In that condition we will refund you product cost but will keep shipping costs both ways.
