The Rising
A 2016 design, The Rising is a consequence of our experiments with sun like figures on calabash. We usually create these circular shapes by using drills of various diameters. These drills are than filled with beads with different colors mainly with dark rose reds and turquoisish blues. This handmade gourd lamp which we call The Rising has a complex drilling structure and a white body with a lot of colors.
The Rising has been a popular choice particularly among teenagers.
